Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki has assured the nation that the government will fully implement the long-awaited reduction in university fees as recommended by a presidential taskforce.  The move, he said, is part of a broader push to make higher education more affordable, accessible  and inclusive for all.

The ministry of education has said there is a need to standardize equipment used in training in all technical and vocational training institutions.
