England Coach Thomas Tuchel has said that his team will not lose belief that they can still lift the world cup trophy despite their 0-0- draw to Ghana.

Tuchel said his team urged England supporters not to lose hope with the Lions.

Nico O’reilly’s header four minutes from normal time hit the crossbar and Harry Kane’s follow up going over the top wasn’t good to break the deadlock.

Despite 80 percent possession the Englishmen could not find the back of the net.

“We dont need a wake up call everyone is alert and everyone is fully committed there is no over confidence in our game,” Tuchel said.

The former Chelsea manager said it was too early and the worl;d cup still has a long way to go.

He said despite his teams right energy they were unable to find amany spaces a and failed to utilise the few spaces they got.

“I know it is a very different game and in this case if one team tries to play and to run against this deep block and you doint find spaces it is difficult for you to create chances,” Tuchel said.

He remained optimistic that they will top the group L if they win the next game against Panama. England now tops the group with four points; they tie with Ghana on points but have a good goal difference after the defeated Croatia-2 in their first match.

Ghana will qualify if they draw or win against Croatia in their final match.

In other matches Algeria came from a goal down to defeat Jordan 2-1.while portugal whipped Uzbekistan 5-0.
