Kylian Mbappe scored his eighth goal to help France win 2-0 over Morocco.
Mbappe is now equal with Messi in the race for golden boot.
Mbappe won the penalty after being brought down by Manchester United Noussair Mazraoui but Morocco keeper Yasin Bournou made a very good punch to deny the Les Bleus (The Blues)just before the first hydration break.

Bourno also made saves to deny Doue and Digne hit woodwork and punched Upemecano header.
Bourno made another save in the 53rd minute from Doue before Mbape missed another glorious opportunity to put France ahead.
However the Real Madrid star scored in the 60th minute to make up for his earlier miss and then former Mbappe teammate at PSG Ousman Ndembele added six minutes later.
Ndembele now has five goals in this world cup.
The race for the World Cup 2026 top scorer is now between Lionel Messi who is equal with Mbappe on eight goals.
Norway’s Erling Haaland now has seven goals similar to England’s Harry Kane.
